Delivery is carried out by courier company Speedy.
Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria
All orders placed before 16:00 on a business day are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 16:00, on holidays or weekends, are processed on the first working day.
Shipments are sent with Express Courier service – with a delivery time of 1 working day.
Delivery fees are calculated by the courier.
***The delivery time is within 1-3 days for the territory of Bulgaria.
Lazarova is not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. deteriorating weather conditions or problems in the work of courier companies).
In the case of shipments to an address, if the customer is not found and it is not possible to establish contact with him by phone at the time of delivery, the shipment is returned to the courier’s office at the request of the user.
