According to the Consumer Protection Act and the Rules of Trade, the user has the right to complain in case of missing products or discrepancies in quantity. In these cases, the customer can claim for:
• Refund of the amount paid.
• Deduction from the price.
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, according to Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, each user has the right to return or replace it without stating a reason, subject to the following conditions:
• Preserved good commercial appearance (goods not opened).
• Preserved original packaging, consumables and accessories, if any.
• Reserved receipt for the goods to be returned with it (or the transport document from the courier for paid cash on delivery).

The transport costs for returning the goods are entirely at the expense of the customer. When exchanging goods, the transport costs are borne by the customer in both directions. In case of refusal to exchange the goods, Lazarova refunds the amount for the goods (excluding the amount of delivery) to the bank account specified by the customer. is obliged to reimburse the user the full purchase value of the goods (excluding courier fees) no later than 30 days from the date on which the user has exercised his/her right to terminate the contract under the Consumer Protection Act, art. 55, para 6.
